Search for Google XML Sitemaps, in the link of official WordPress plugin page. You can see window like below when for matching search results.

To download the latest version of the plugin you want, Google XML Sitemaps here, just click on Download and save the file to your hard drive.

Once the WordPress plugin saved on your computer, go to your WordPress admin interface menu Plugins ->  Add -> Send . Click Browse … to select the zip file containing your WordPress plugin and click Install Now.

After activation, go to Settings -> XML-Sitemap and see the first page of your installed plugin.

Once installed and activated, you will find your plugin in the list of Installed Plugins. Some plugins require configuration or a particular implementation. You can also deactivate and delete plugins anytime you want to.
